THE ADOPTION PROCESS

Adopting a puppy is both exciting and worrisome. At Croft Kennels, we try to make the experience as joyful as possible.

Look at our website page, Available Puppies, or our YouTube channel, Available playlist. These are two places you will be able to meet the puppies searching for homes. Once a puppy is decided on, we require a deposit using zelle or cash app. Deposits are non-refundable.

We want you to know your puppy before he/she can come home. Therefore, be sure to subscribe to our YouTube Channel for weekly videos.

Once your puppy is 8 weeks old, he/she will be ready to go home! We will schedule a pick-up day and time. All puppies at Croft Kennels go home with the following:

AKC registration (pet or breeder)
FL Heath Certificate (1 shot in the series, Bordetella, physical exam, clean fecal)
Signed Croft Kennels Puppy Contract (spay/neuter contract)
and, a start pack of food

The remaining portion of the puppy payment is due in cash at the time of pick-up.

Guarantee

We do everything we can to ensure that the puppies we sell are healthy! We genetically test all of our parents and make sure each puppy has been vet checked. We want this to be a good experience for everyone involved. However, we realize that something outside of our control and our best precautions could happen.

Therefore, our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale and to have had all age-appropriate shots and wormings. Our puppies are guaranteed free from congenital or genetic defects up to the age of one years old. Any claimed defect must be shown to be genetic in origin and life altering and/or causing pain and suffering to the pup. As a breeder we reserve the right to have any returned dog re-examined by a vet of our choice at our expense to assess the health and condition of the dog. If the defect is confirmed, as a breeder we will provide a replacement of a puppy of similar color, pattern, and gender as soon as possible.

The purchaser will contact Croft Kennels as soon as possible should any major health problems arise. If at any time a purchaser cannot fulfill their adoption agreement in raising their dog from us, we ask that we be contacted to assist you in finding a great new home.
